Three-acre site in Tewksbury, MA that will include four residences housing a total of 20+ adults, an instructional and vocational day program for 50+ individuals, a vocational coffee shop social enterprise, daily living activities, supports, community engagement, recreational opportunities, and affordable staff housing.
This project addresses an ever-growing need in the state of Massachusetts for adult services that are evidence-based and instructional for individuals with profound autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
Work Items
Furnish and install erosion control items, and water systems
Perform cuts and fills to subgrade elevations
Import of 2,049cy of fill for general rise in grade.
Excavate and backfill 1,209LF for buildings, 1,670LF for underground electrical conduit and 1,365LF for underground gas utility
Clear approximately 2.30 acres of land
Strip, grub and stockpile onsite 6,442cy of loam
Furnish and install 566LF of 6” SDR-35 sewer pipe and 403LF of 1.5” force main sewer pipe.
Saw cut approximately 903LF for pavement match
Furnish and install 1,406LF of 6” HDPE drainage pipe, 200LF of 8” HDPE drainage, 258LF of 12” HDPE drainage pipe, and 138LF of 15” HDPE drainage pipe.
