A three-story wood framed building that will contain (54) One-Bedroom Units and (6) Two-Bedroom Units, all of which would be affordable to seniors with incomes at or below 60% of the median for the long-term.
There will be a minimum of 65 parking spaces to accommodate the needs of this new senior housing community.
Work Items
Excavate a temporary sediment basin consisting of cutoff swales and check dams.
Export of 32,245cy of earth cut, and clear approximately 5 acres of land
Excavate blasted ledge, process materials onsite, and process approximately 6,534cy of rock onsite
Construct two forebays with 30 mil liner, two infiltration basins with impervious berms and fabric and two detention basins
Excavate and backfill 956LF for the building foundation, and 525LF of underground electrical conduit,
Furnish and install 977LF of water systems, and 359 of 8” SDR-35 sewer pipe
Furnish and install 3,018LF of vertical concrete curb
