Work Items
Furnish, Install and Maintain erosion control, retaining walls and select gravels
Perform cuts and fills to subgrade elevations
Furnish and install 278LF of 8” SDR-35 sewer pipe, 31LF of 4” HDPE underdrain pipe, and 549LF of 8” ductile iron pipe for fire suppression
Export 2,500 cubic yards of general earth cut and 2,500 cubic yards of trench spoils
Furnish and install top and binder courses of pavement onsite included with 1,148LF of cape cod berm.
Excavate and backfill 538LF for the building foundation, 940LF of underground electrical conduit, and 430LF for underground gas utility services
